Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Fundi Connect mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Fundi Connect is a mobile marketplace platform that connects skilled craftsmen ("Fundis") with customers ("Clients") who require their services in Tanzania. The platform facilitates discovery and connection — we are not a party to any service agreements between Fundis and Clients.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fundi Connect. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Fundis must register with accurate professional information.

Fundis wishing to list their profile on the platform must register and pay a monthly subscription fee of TSh 5,000 (Five Thousand Tanzanian Shillings).

•Subscriptions are billed monthly and must be renewed to maintain an active listing.

•Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Tigo Pesa.

•Profile listings become inactive within 24 hours of a failed renewal.

•We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

All users agree NOT to:

•Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

•Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

•Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

•Attempt to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the platform.

•Post content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

•Impersonate another person or entity.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Fundis agree to:

•Provide accurate information about their skills, qualifications, and experience.

•Deliver services to the standard described in their profile.

•Communicate honestly and professionally with clients.

•Hold any required professional certifications or licenses for their trade.

Fundi Connect does not guarantee the quality of work performed by registered Fundis.

Clients agree to:

•Provide accurate information when requesting services.

•Treat Fundis with respect and professionalism.

•Honor agreed payment terms directly with Fundis.

•Report any issues or fraudulent behavior to our support team.

Fundi subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at ccodersteam@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review the case and respond within 5 business days.

Fundi Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fundi Connect and CCoders Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between Fundis and Clients.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tanzania.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
